Decent magazine, slow delivery

I ordered a GartenFlora Jahresabo. The magazine itself is really informative, lots of good plant care tips. The quality of the articles is high. However, it took about 10 days for the first issue to reach my mailbox after I subscribed, which felt a bit long. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but it still took a while. Overall, I'm happy with the content, just wish the initial delivery was quicker. The Gartenkalender that came with it was a nice extra though.

Good plants, delivery a bit slow

I ordered some Photinia Red Robin for a new hedge. The plants arrived well-packaged and looked healthy, no complaints there at all. They've been in the ground a few weeks now and are doing great. My only minor issue was the delivery. It took about 6 days to get to me, which felt a little long compared to other online nurseries I've used. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though. Overall, decent value for the quality, just factor in a few extra days for shipping.

Consistently good quality content

I've been subscribing to GartenFlora for a few years now, switching between the Jahresabo and sometimes trying a Sonderheft. This time I went with the Prämienabo. The quality of the magazine's content is consistently high; they always have relevant articles and beautiful pictures. My latest order arrived just like previous ones, no issues with shipping or anything. It's why I keep coming back, they're reliable. The Sachprämie was also decent, as expected.

Damaged compost bag

I bought a bag of compost with my plant order. The compost bag arrived torn, spilling a bit into the box. The Pear tree I ordered was fine, luckily. Disappointing for the compost though. The tree itself looked healthy.

Needed some Box hedging quickly for a small project. Placed the order, it shipped out fast, and I had them at my door in 3 days. The plants were robust and looked well cared for. No yellow leaves or broken branches. They were exactly as described on the website. Unpacked them, watered them, and planted them the same day. All seem to be thriving.
